Elliot Daniel Fisher

Elliot arrived at 9:39 a.m. on Monday, May 3, 2004, after a long night of labor for Jo. He weighed in at 8 lbs 2 oz and was 21 inches long.

Kristina Kuzmic was able to bring Eden shortly after Elliot's arrival. Eden seemed to have a pretty good handle on what just happened.

We were all happy to see meet Elliot, but especially Eden, who had perfected a mini-vocabulary surrounding his anticipated arrival ("Out-baby-out!"; "Eden, baby, giraffe!" [Eden was going to give the baby a giraffe-rattle]; "Baby, Eden, choo-choo!" [the baby was going to give Eden a Thomas the Tank Engine train]).

I think she's got this big sister thing down okay so far.

Okay, repeat after me: "Eden"...see, it's easy!

This new world is so loud!

Hard to believe we are a family of four now...

Ouch! Glad that plastic clip isn't one appendage lower!

10:35 a.m. Mmmm! Breakfast!

Hey, where'd that nipple go?

Ohhh...what just happened? Can I go back?

You'd be grumpy, too, if you would have come from the comfort I just came from!

Eden, baby, mommy!

Sleeping is my favorite thing to do right now!

Er...is this all he does?

Shucks, that camera makes me shy!
